Cigar Smoker Sues suing Clayton, Missouri’s Over Smoking Ban

Since then he has taken action and sued the city over its smoking ban. The lawsuit states that his 14th Amendment right to due process and equal protection has been violated, and unfairly discriminates against smokers. But, what we at Good Fellas Cigars like most about this suit is it claims that it violates Missouri Constitution’s promise to the pursuit of happiness, that smoking is a fundamental right, and is an ingrained part of America’s ancient history. Best of luck to you Arthur.
