Illinois May Lift Smoking Bans in Cigar Stores

It is Ludacris that any law should ban cigar bars and cigar stores from being able to have people smoke on their property. But, that is exactly what has happened in Illinois. But now House Bill 1310 supported by the International Premium Cigar & Pipe Retailers Association, if passed will lift this ban.

The bill would allow establishments with liquor licenses and others deemed suitable would be able to apply for smoking licenses. This would effectively lift a ban on cigar bars and cigar stores from having their customers comfortably smoke on premises. Furthermore this will help businesses and the economy by boosting cigar sales.
